Thanks for the webhost links! Wanted to add maybe Awardspace isn't so great anymore. 404s redirect you to sketchy websites if you don't have one already set up. I realized I never put in my own 404 handling when I got sent to a shady video game giftcard site & other random places. Not cool to have them steal redirects like that. :C
Thanks for the data point! I'll include that as a caveat. I've never used Awardspace, but I include both "good" and "bad" hosts on the list so people have all the information they need to make a decision.

If you're at teacake now how do you redirect from meocities and still push updates to the feed?
On the evil doppelganger of Kalechips still on Neocities, I update the front page to force it onto the feed. It's very old school! The thumbnail generator pulls from the correct version of the website because of the redirect, so technically I could just put whatever I want on there, but I left it consistent for continuity/if the redirect breaks.

In your pride layout, how do you insert the sidebar within the main tags while still keeping its styling? I plan to use Eleventy with my site and also want to make the sidebars different in every page.
Hi and thanks for asking! I would basically swap the roles and nesting of the "content" div container and main in the HTML and CSS. This will turn main into the container for the content and the sidebar columns. I can't get too into the weeds with it here, so feel free to send an email if you'd like more specifics or modified code files.
