I don't love tofu, but I do enjoy it when it's crispy and covered with sauce. I air fried the tofu according to this recipe from Food with Feeling, then used a very very very lazy version of orange chicken from Woks of Life (basically just skipped the frying of the aromatics because I didn't have them).
